Today marks the 45th anniversary of Kakatiya University,which has completed 44 years

Kakatiya University, one of the most prestigious universities in the state after Osmania University, turns 44 years old on Wednesday, August 19 (Wednesday).Special article on the current situation to the extent that problems such as lack of funding for the establishment of courses appear.

Established on August 19,1976 with four PG courses, KU has grown exponentially and now offers a variety of courses in 30 disciplines.Under the university,there are nearly 300 Degree colleges,66 PG Colleges,47 B.Ed Colleges,25 Pharmacy Colleges,25 MBA Colleges,6 MCA Colleges,3 Law Colleges, 6 Engineering Colleges.in many of them no regular faculty.after studying at a varsity with NAAC 'A' Grade,Various students settled in jobs in our country and abroad.At that time, Kakatiya University was known as Karla Marx University, which was the center of struggles on social issues

Current faculty in KU are increasingly hoping for administrative positions Relying on public representatives to get positions Some faculty are not so keen on educating even those who hold administrative positions are lacking in dedication Criticisms on the other hand There is no record of action being taken against anyone namesake committees were formed but no resolution.

Lack of faculty and facilities in PG Colleges

The Nirmal PG Center under the University was closed down two years ago,and there are no regular faculty members. In Mahabubabad, Janagama,Jayashankar Bhupalpally District. established in 2012 and 2013 but as a result the degree college continues to be cluttered with poor facilities and for two days students are enrolled in various courses as well as women in Education Engineering College. Regular faculty for students in engineering colleges does not change the way students worry about their problems and the situation is the same in physical education colleges.

Kakatiya University has only 118 faculty members for 403 faculty posts.

The center of movement dynamism
KU students, faculty and employees played a key role in the Telangana Sadhana movement. After the formation of the state, the university was expected to grow in all respects. At least there were no conditions. There is concern that this impact will be further diminished in the wake of allowing private Universities

1 Year passes without Vice Chancellor in Kakatiya University

The government is deliberately negligent in appointing a regular vice-chancellor to the university

Kakatiya University Committee of the Student Federation of India (SFI) urges the government to immediately appoint a regular vice chancellor for the university as well as provide adequate funding for infrastructure.
